MENU
We
open early every morning, and close after lunch, except for Fridays. The
Catfish Special is the Friday night big event.
We have a full menu,
ranging from old-fashioned burgers to steaks. If you need food to go, just
call it in.
We have a salad bar as well as steam table selections,
beginning at 11:00 daily. There are three constants, seven days a
week--chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, and two kinds of gravy. There
are three entrees daily and plenty of home-style vegetables to choose
from. The following schedule is carved in stone:
Monday: fried chicken livers
Tuesday: smothered
beef liver
Wednesday: meatloaf
Thursday: fried chicken
Friday: chicken and
dumplings
Saturday: cook's choice
Sunday: chicken and dressing
